The Vice President, Supply Chain - IPG, plays an important role in providing end-to-end leadership of Supply Chain and Retail Channel strategy for CertainTeed Interior Products, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across manufacturing, logistics, planning, procurement, and customer service. It drives service excellence and revenue growth by strengthening supply chain reliability, optimizing total delivered cost, and building strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional leaders.
Supply Chain Strategy - has ownership and accountability for the IPG Supply Chain strategy - focusing on the future: sustainability, equipment, programs, systems, and tools that will continuously improve service and efficiencies, while achieving cost and service targets.
Retail Channel Strategy: Owns and executes IPG's retail channel strategy, driving revenue growth to $450 million while serving as the primary executive link between IPG leadership and Retail Sales. Leads senior-level customer relationships and critical commercial engagements, including strategic, pricing, and line reviews.
Cultural and Developmental Leadership: Leads a high-performing, agile, and customer-centric culture by developing talent through coaching, succession planning, and performance management, while fostering trust, collaboration, and employee engagement. Aligns team goals with business strategy, leverages company development programs, and effectively manages SG&A to deliver strong business results.
Transportation and Logistics: Leads transportation and logistics operations with responsibility for $400M in spend, driving high service levels, reliability, and lowest-cost delivery. Improves OTIF performance, achieves cost savings, leverages scale across divisions, and advances sustainability through efficient and alternative transportation solutions while supporting new business and market requirements.
Sales and Ops Planning (S&OP): Owns the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process to align sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring supply chain reliability, agility, and strong service and cost performance. Drives process efficiency, working capital optimization, lifecycle management, and technology enablement while developing short- and long-term fulfillment strategies and best practices across the order-to-delivery cycle.
Customer Service: Leads customer service operations across IPG to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and support intercompany service, while fostering an agile, customer-focused culture. Standardizes best practices, leverages technology and AI to streamline processes, and drives performance through clear KPIs, enhanced systems, and the evolution of customer service toward inside sales support.
Education:
Bachelor Supply Chain, logistics or business required
Masters Business, Finance, Supply Chain preferred

Work Experience:
20+ years Supply Chain, Logistics required
15+ years of leadership with increasing levels of responsibilities in manufacturing required
10+ years of cross-border and/or international experience required
10+ years of experience working with/for big box Home Improvement retailers (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc) is required
