Hiring Shop Helpers - Aurora, CO

We are looking for reliable, hands-on shop helpers to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Aurora facility. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in quality, and want to grow with a stable industrial team, this role is a strong fit.

Pay: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr (depending on experience)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

Perform miscellaneous shop work as required.

Operate a sandblaster as needed.

Operate basic production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Load, unload, and stage materials for manufacturing processes.

Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Assist machine operators and technicians with setups or changeovers.

Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.

Follow written instructions, work orders, and production schedules.

Operate a forklift when necessary.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in production or general labor.

Mechanical aptitude.

Experience reading a tape measure.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Forklift experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
