Overview Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-4:00pm. No Friday's. The primary focus of this role is to deliver a remarkable guest and employee experience while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception area and shared office environment. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will set the tone for every interaction-whether in person, over the phone, or through digital communication. In addition, this role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations across the Support Center, including administrative coordination, meeting logistics, vendor partnerships, and Human Resources support. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless, engaging, and well-supported workplace for all. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and team members, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience Manage incoming communications (phone, email, Teams, and other platforms), ensuring accurate and timely routing Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and shared spaces, including cafe and coffee stations Monitor and restock supplies to ensure a safe and fully functional environment Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including: Calendar coordination Meeting and conference room scheduling Meeting preparation and logistics Support administrative teams with day-to-day operations and special projects Assist Human Resources with: Data entry and document management Engagement and recognition programs HR initiatives and special projects Administer the companywide name badge program (creation, updates, inventory, and coordination) Maintain company directories and coordinate vendor material distribution Provide backup support for mailroom operations, including sorting, distribution, and package handling Assist in planning and executing company events and activities, including logistics, setup, and follow-up What's In It For Me?
