We are looking to hire a Senior Supplier Program Quality Lead for our program in Andover, MA.
This is an onsite role in Andover, MA.
What You Will Do :
Interface as the Program Quality Lead for supply base aligning IPT and program priorities.
Provide supply base metrics that drive proactive engagements aligned to program execution.
Interface with Program Supplier Assurance with the program quality teams, customers, suppliers, and supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), supporting technical quality issues, and compliance to Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
Supporting on-site Supplier Source Surveillance and Corrective Action reviews
Participate in design reviews, process change reviews, qualification test reviews, as well as Test Equipment verification and validation
Drive continuous product / process improvements of our supply base by identifying supplier risk & systemic performance issues and driving solutions through various tools/methodologies including: Root Cause Corrective Actions, Statistical/analytical improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies.
Ensure flow down of product and customer requirements both internally and to sub-tier suppliers through PO requirements, Quality Notes, and statement of works.
Interpreting these requirements to ensure supply base both understands and complies with these quality requirements.
Interpret quality requirements (Q-Notes) and make decisions on Q-Note application to procured production parts
Facilitate closed loop process controls and continuous improvement methods to improve product/process quality
Facilitate Program Reviews, Supplier Reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings
Application of APQP processes related to supplier performance and implementation of necessary engagements to improve supplier manufacturing processes.
Review Internal TDP change requests, Supplier change requests, and Supplier Statements of Work
Contribute in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supplier quality performance
Communicate effectively to Raytheon Program leadership and customers through business reviews and status meetings.
Ability to travel as required by program needs. Can anticipate some travel (Up to 50%) to support supplier proactive engagements, continuous improvement, and reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or related engineering discipline.
Experience working with one or more of the following aerospace or commercial equivalent preventative tools - SPC, FMEA, QFD, PPAP
Previous experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Experience with one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, or AS9145.
Previous experience interpreting schematic drawings and hardware inspection techniques.
Ability to obtain an "INTERIM" U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer :
Six Sigma, Lean, and/or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with multiple suppliers/ customers.
Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test, and delivery.
Experience in engineering, development, project planning, and collaborating remotely.
Working experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems, AS9145 Requirements for APQP & PPAP, and FAI Standard AS9102.
Experience in industry technical standards (such as ANSI, CMMI, ASTM, etc.)
Experience as a technical engineer with proven communication skills that exhibits presence and influence and a self-managed technical contributor.

Onsite : Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Travel expectations include domestic travel with potential international travel as an expected part of this role (anticipated less than 50%).
Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
