We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Bullhorn ATS / CRM Administrator to support and optimize our recruiting, onboarding, HR, and payroll technology stack. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Bullhorn ATS / CRM administration and works closely with HR, Payroll, Billing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth system performance and accurate data flow.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer Bullhorn ATS / CRM and reporting for integrated systems: Able Onboarding, Bullhorn Canvas, Absorb LMS, OnBase, Intacct, and ADP Reporting systems.

Load and manage onboarding documents and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.

Conduct training sessions for Bullhorn administrators and end users.

Configure Bullhorn for new reporting units, including workflows, permissions, and system settings.

Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Work closely with the Billing team to set up projects for new reporting units in Intacct.

Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Assist with reporting needs using Bullhorn Canvas, Intacct, ADP Reporting, etc

Support LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting.

Participate in system testing for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience with Bullhorn ATS / CRM (Able Onboarding strongly preferred), experience in supporting system integrations between ATS, onboarding, HRIS, and payroll systems

Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, and with financial systems such as Intacct.

Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred).

Data analysis and reporting skills, Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Understanding of user permissions, data governance, and system security best practices.
