As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in West Point, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location, you will make routine vehicle and foot patrols of lots, buildings, and access points, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support daily operations. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver customer service with integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and other security-related policies.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production and warehouse areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in and badge issuance, and direct deliveries and service providers to designated areas.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

Document patrol activity, unusual events, and incident details in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

Have supervisory experience.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
