Overview
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join the M365 Copilot Inbound team, focused on shaping and scaling Microsoft's most critical Copilot-first experiences-the entry points and everyday surfaces where customers first discover, adopt, and build lasting habits with Copilot.
In this role, you will lead a team of product marketers responsible for defining the inbound strategy, product narrative, and go-to-market motions for Copilot experiences that anchor daily usage, exploration, and creation. These experiences span conversational AI, search and retrieval, structured thinking and note-taking, lightweight content creation, and the core M365 Copilot app experience-serving as the front door to how customers engage with Copilot across their work.
You will guide products from early concept through scaled adoption, ensuring tight alignment with customer needs, clear differentiation, and durable value. You will also craft the overarching story for how these Copilot-first experiences work together to help people get oriented, get started, and get meaningful work done-quickly and confidently.
This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, and Design/UX to shape the product roadmap, while also working closely with Business Planning and Finance, Sales and field teams, Public Relations, Communications, and Analyst Relations to drive launch excellence and sustained growth.
Join us in making a significant impact on the way people collaborate and create and be part of a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of productivity.
