Job Duties

Works under close supervision, with work closely defined and standardized which allows the incumbent limited opportunity to use judgment or initiative.

Performs simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions.

Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.

Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.

Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Qualifications

Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Requires 0-2 years of experience.

Experience with operating a multi-line console telephone system preferred.

Experience with time entry preferred.

Previous customer service experience and the ability to multi-task preferred.

Senior Administrative Associate: $16.73/hour - $30.11/hour
