Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and office functions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

Coordinate and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365.

Assist in managing calendars and appointments for team members.

Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory to support seamless operations.

Ensure accurate filing and documentation in both physical and digital formats.

Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments.

Monitor and address administrative issues promptly to prevent disruptions.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or office management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with administrative practices and procedures.
