Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong office and computer skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to management and team members while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and team members.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with data entry, database management, and other computer-based tasks.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting duties.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in an office administration role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management software and systems.
Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks.
