We're looking for a passionate, driven Sales Representative to join our growing Subaru team. If you're motivated by helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that stands for more than just selling vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs

Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products

Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the sale

Represent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity, motivation, and a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
