What's a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:

Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.

Reading, comprehending, and following established work instructions and procedures with a strong emphasis on quality.

Executing the daily production plan while ensuring due date conformance and adherence to quality standards.

Training to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following engineering drawings, work orders, and FDA requirements.

Assembling components and troubleshooting issues, escalating as necessary.

Assuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.

Working cooperatively with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend quality and process improvements.

Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

Training new team members and maintaining accurate records of production and work status.
