Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer supporting a busy manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and complete detailed reports using a computer or tablet. You will also assist employees and visitors with courteous directions and clear communication, bringing integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter fencing, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns per post orders.

Control access at gates and/or entrances by verifying identification and visitor authorization, directing traffic flow, and maintaining visitor, contractor, and delivery logs.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services as directed.

Complete accurate shift documentation including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate relevant updates to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least 1 year of security experience is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
