Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the Department of the Navy of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will participate in studies of the principles and concepts underlying military pay and compensation with the development of proposals for change. You will participate in formal and informal management planning, policy and decision-making sessions. You will provide guidance, gather evidence and reviews applications/claims, and provide recommendations for TSGLI, SBP, SCAADL, and PAC benefits or entitlements. Keeps abreast of changes in regulations, policies, and procedures to modify current operating procedures. You will assist with various @types of data collection and reporting. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
