THE ROLE

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through the leadership of National Account Managers, Regional Account Managers, and Business Development Managers. This role owns both revenue expansion within existing accounts and the acquisition of new strategic accounts.

The Senior Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build a high-performance sales culture, coach and develop team members, and ensure disciplined execution across the entire revenue organization. This role requires a highly driven leader who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and has a passion for building and coaching elite sales teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Growth Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers.

Identify key market opportunities and prioritize target accounts and verticals.

Lead initiatives to acquire new strategic accounts

Identify high-value prospects and guide the team through complex sales cycles

Create clear revenue targets and sales plans align with company growth objectives.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.

Sales Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of: National Account Managers, Regional Account Managers & Business Development Managers.

Establish clear sales expectations, quotas, and performance standards.

Conducts regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and territory strategy sessions.

Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.

Required Experience

7-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through both new customer acquisition and account expansion.

Experience managing multi-level sales teams including account managers and business development roles.

Strong experience leading teams in low-margin, high-volume environments is preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or relevant field preferred.

The base salary range is $65k-80k plus a quarterly incentive plan. The total OTE for the position is $145,000 (base plus quarterly incentive).
