Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and consumer products industry, is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting various cross-functional teams.

Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $34.82

What's the Job?

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and launch plans for new products and core portfolio updates

Assist in gathering insights from consumer, market, competitor, and influencer data to inform growth strategies

Coordinate with creative teams on packaging development, artwork review, and approval processes

Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated activation assets and content production

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a global or beauty product environment

Bachelor's Degree required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
