**State Farm Insurance Agency is taking applications for a candidate who has \"current or recent experience\" working for a State Farm Insurance Agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Counseling and educating all existing and prospective clients during

all encounters via phone or in person how to protect the clients\' families, their livelihoods and assets.

Proactively discover customers\' gaps and needs, and be willing and

able to quote, cross sell or follow-up with existing and new clients.

Answering all existing clients service questions regarding coverage,

policy changes, and billing, claims, for retention.

Willing and able to develop new prospective customers to quote and

write/sell State Farm Insurance & Financial Services products

Represent the agency at community events and support local brand

growth

Ability to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to

create referrals for prospective customers

Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule

appointments

Travel outside the office to network with business professionals

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

CURRENT OR RECENT STATE FARM AGENCY EXPERIENCE

POSSESSES REQUIRED INSURANCE LICENSES (P&C & L&H)

Possess a can and will do Attitude

Positive Attitude, Upbeat and Friendly Personality

Coachable and receptive to feedback

Strong Work Ethics

Ability Build Rapport and Persuasive

Empathetic, and patient with customers

Fast learner

Strong listening, verbal and written skills
