Job Title: Manufacturing Production Operator
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Production Operator in the Assembly Department, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating processing and packaging equipment, ensuring that all batches are manufactured with the correct materials and quantities. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production line.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Eugene, OR (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities
Operate processing and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials using a computer interface to ensure correct materials and quantities.
Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
Perform in-process sampling and testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
Comply with all company safety regulations and procedures.
Follow all safe practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Complete and maintain Quality Records in compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Maintain equipment and lab room cleanliness to ensure proper operating conditions.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Work on problems where analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, packaging, and manufacturing.
Ability to operate processing and packaging equipment.
Competence in weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials.
Proficiency using computer interfaces for manufacturing processes.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
Ability to follow SOPs and GMPs.
Capability to maintain accurate quality records.
