Warehouse Worker I (US)

Pay Rate: $19.90/hr + weekly pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday

About the Role

Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a Warehouse Worker position in Philadelphia, PA. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, count, and record incoming stock items manually or using warehouse systems

Pack and unpack items for storage on shelves, racks, or designated areas

Verify inventory by comparing physical counts with system records and resolving discrepancies

Organize and store materials in an orderly and accessible manner

Label and tag stock using stamps, markers, or electronic tools

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools while following safety guidelines

Track stock usage, movement, and any damage to materials

Inspect inventory for defects or wear and report issues to supervisors

Support and collaborate with other warehouse and stockroom teammates

Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of warehouse equipment, safety procedures, and inventory practices

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

0-2 years of warehouse, stockroom, or related experience

Pay Details: $19.90 per hour
