Our client, a leading organization in the electrical distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the logistics and operations support team, ensuring smooth warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a solid work history, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Solon, OH

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift: 1100AM - 730PM

What's the Job?

Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions

Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles

Assemble customer orders for shipping via UPS/LTL

Process shipment paperwork, verify merchandise, and ensure accuracy

Use scanners for warehouse management, order picking, and material put-away

What's Needed?

Experience operating forklifts (sit-down, reach truck) and pallet jacks

Warehouse experience: minimum 6 months to 1 year

Picking experience focused on quality and accuracy: minimum 6 months

Ability to work efficiently to meet KPIs and deadlines

Strong accountability and reliable attendance
