Shipping/Receiving Worker - Warehouse / Load Associate

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 AM - 5 PM

Location: Stow

Pay: $17.00hr.

Kelly Services is a dependable and hardworking Shipping/Receiving Worker - Warehouse/Load Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe loading of route trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Position Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must be able to read and follow directions accurately

Must be able to work required hours to complete each day's workload

Must be willing to work in different temperatures

Must be physically able to:

Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day

Must be able to operate a motorized pallet jack and forklift

Training provided

Primary Responsibilities:

Correctly identify product descriptions and quantities when pulling outgoing orders

Pull outgoing inventory according to orders

Unload empty milk crates and boxes from returning route trucks

Load daily route trucks in an organized and efficient manner

Double-check trucks once loaded to ensure accuracy

Perform daily cleanup tasks (sweeping floors, emptying trash, etc.)

Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks

Assist morning receiving crew as needed
