The (USA) Senior Solution Consultant plays a critical role in bridging business needs with effective technology solutions. This position requires expertise in analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable system architectures, and managing solution configurations to support organizational goals. About the team:
The Solution Consultant - Engagement team plays a critical role in delivering early technical value throughout the Data Ventures customer lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams, they provide expert technical guidance during solution selling and initial integration. With specialized knowledge in Channel Performance data integration tools, the team streamlines onboarding, accelerates time-to-value, and establishes a robust, scalable technical foundation for customers beginning their Data Ventures journey. This team's efforts ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions, fostering successful and efficient customer engagements.
What you'll do:
Translate business and data requirements into practical solution designs aligned to customer goals.
Lead technical onboarding for Data Ventures products, guiding customers through setup, integration, and early use.
Deliver technical product consults to assess customer environments, data access needs, and implementation approach.
Represent Scintilla and Channel Performance technical tools in sales and solution-selling calls, supporting discovery and technical validation.
Partner with internal teams to document configurations, coordinate testing, and ensure stable handoff.
Operate across multiple accounts, balancing priorities while maintaining consistent technical quality.
What you'll bring:
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective scalable solution designs.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture and data integration within various environments.
Experience assessing and designing scalable solutions that adapt to evolving business, data, and technology landscapes.
Experience working with Scintilla applying Channel Performance data to real business use cases.
Ability to analyze business metrics and data models to inform decision-making, recommend process improvements, and drive measurable value.
Proven capability to manage and prioritize work across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
