Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Assembly technician to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting electrical control equipment assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembly

Location: Parma, OH

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Standard shift time is 7AM to 3:30PM. Mandatory overtime may cause adjustments to the standard shift time.

What's the Job?

Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards according to customer specifications using electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions with hand and power tools.

Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications and codes.

Perform electrical wiring assembly of panelboards and/or switchboards using tools such as wire strippers and pliers.

Maintain progress on assigned tasks, communicate issues or shortages, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting quality, process, and safety enhancements, and maintain work area per 5S guidelines.

What's Needed?

Minimum one year of experience in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools.

Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of Parma, OH (active-duty military candidates are exempt).

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Experience with electrical wiring, schematics, and power flow is preferred.

Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and work overtime as required.
