We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team. You should be someone who is passionate about their career, who wants to grow and develop and willing to wear multiple hats in our operations department.

Role and Responsibilities:

Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.

Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Follow-up activities for multiple departments including accounting, payroll, and HR.

Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases.

Work closely with operational departments to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations and performance analysis.

Review reports to ensure they meet predefined policies and guidelines.

Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
