HIRING - WAREHOUSE WORKER

Location: San Marcos and Cralsbad

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Worker to support our Materials team and help keep our production and shipping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials move through the facility efficiently and accurately. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Material Handling & Inventory

Receive incoming shipments and verify materials, quantities, and condition against purchase orders.

Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in the stockroom.

Pull materials for production jobs and sales orders with precision and urgency.

Issue materials to work orders and reconcile returns from completed jobs.

Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory.

Warehouse Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Safely transport materials throughout the facility, including operating a forklift.

Support continuous improvement efforts for workflow and inventory processes.

Communication & Systems

Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or issues to Purchasing, Manufacturing, or leadership.

Use internal systems (Google Enterprise, BambooHR, Paycom/ADP) to complete documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in receiving, stockroom, or inventory control.

Forklift operating experience (or willingness to be trained/certified).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling and data entry.

Comfort using computers and basic ERP or inventory systems.

Experience with Google Enterprise, BambooHR, or Paycom/ADP is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
