How you'll make an impact in this role

Communication & Professional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact by screening visitors and telephone calls, handling general inquiries, and preparing/distributing all forms of professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.

Logistics & Event Coordination: Lead the scheduling and preparation for meetings, conferences, and special programs, ensuring all materials and logistical needs are met for a successful event.

Data & Records Management: Compile and enter information into computer databases with high accuracy; verify data, identify discrepancies, and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

Operational & Supply Oversight: Ensure the efficiency of the department by monitoring and ordering supplies, stocking inventory, and troubleshooting administrative issues as they arise to prevent operational disruptions.

Qualifications

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
