How you'll make an impact in this role

Operational Continuity: Lead daily supply distribution and inventory control to ensure zero disruptions to clinical workflows, directly safeguarding patient care through seamless logistics.

Problem Resolution & Auditing: Perform rigorous logistical audits and act as the primary lead to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex inventory discrepancies and operational "bottlenecks."

Financial & Quality Stewardship: Manage storeroom levels and financial variances while strictly enforcing stock rotation best practices to minimize expiration waste and optimize resource utilization.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Lean Healthcare Management preferred

Production and Inventory Management Fellow preferred

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Supply Chain Experience, 3-5 years in procedural areas preferredExperience with hand held scanner device
