Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee logistics operations, inventory control, and warehouse management. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing transportation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to compliance, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Oversee transportation scheduling, routing, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and carriers.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and physical audits.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.

Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient material handling procedures.

Implement and enforce inventory control processes to minimize waste and shrinkage.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

Support operational goals by performing additional duties as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory operations.

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Strong proficiency in inventory management tools and systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
