What You'll Do:
Design and implement account development plans and promotional programs to drive sales growth.
Seek new business opportunities and negotiate pricing with key accounts.
Present and demonstrate products, maintaining strong product knowledge relevant to your portfolio.
Analyse sales data, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, marketing, supply chain) to maximize product impact and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
Maintain accurate account information and ensure high standards of customer service and administration.
The Person:

Currently operating at National Account Management level, with a strong background in managing complex/key accounts and senior relationships.
Experienced in managing your own account plan and P&L.
Proven ability to sell to and negotiate with experienced buyers and sales managers.
Strategic thinker with a focused, priority-driven approach.
Excellent personal negotiation and selling skills.
