** TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance Required
Position Overview:**
This Senior Finance Analysis role supports a government life support/facilities operation and maintenance (O&M) contract. The selected candidate will report to the Finance Director and support the Program Leadership team and the Fluor Finance "back-office."
Key Responsibilities:
This position spans the full project lifecycle and contract management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and payments across various contract @types (CPAF, CPFF, FFP, CR). Accurate and timely financial data delivery is critical for both internal and external stakeholders.
Core Duties:
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Create & manage charge number/project code development and maintenance
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate information external & internal reports (invoice, CDRL, etc.)
Perform cost transition burdening, forecasting, and reporting
Support in monthly financial close processes
Support ad hoc financial analysis for both company and customer stakeholders
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact and build rapport with peers and operational management
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a global enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, such as SAP
Certified expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Access; proficient in Word and other personal computer applications
Proficient in Fluor's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and other information technology systems
Cross-functional experience working on a project
Successful contribution to a major transactional project, e.g., acquisition, divestiture, investment, reorganization, etc.
Work authorization development and tracking
Approve and reconcile purchasing card transactions
Compile and analyze both company and customer accruals
Track and reconcile vendor purchase orders and invoices

Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and three (3) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
6+ years directly relevant financial experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding finance and accounting principles
Proficiency with MS Excel
Understanding of government contract (FAR, CAS) compliance
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience supporting U.S. Government programs, particularly Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD
Experience with financial analysis & cost reporting on a large program
Ability to develop visual dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with cost reporting tools and ERP systems (CostPoint and/or SAP)
Experience using enterprise systems such as Fluor's ERM platform or similar
TS/SCI Clearance w/CI or FSP Polygraph
