Position Description:
The U.S. CSG Marketing Communications team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to support a wide range of team initiatives and special projects.
Reporting to the Brand Manager and supporting the broader Marketing Communications team, this role provides hands-on project coordination, operational support, and quality assurance across multiple marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, an eye for brand consistency, and a structured approach to organizing work and supporting deliverables.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Project coordination & team support
Provide day-to-day support across a variety of marketing communications projects. Help organize timelines, track deliverables, prepare materials, and ensure tasks move forward efficiently and accurately. Contribute to special projects as priorities shift and support overall team effectiveness.
Quality assurance & brand application
Review materials for clarity, formatting consistency, and alignment with CGI brand standards. Apply edits with precision-particularly within PowerPoint templates and branded marketing assets. Help ensure that final deliverables are polished, professional, and presentation-ready.
Marketing initiative support
Provide general support across a range of marketing communications activities as priorities evolve. Assist with preparing materials, organizing project details, tracking deadlines, and helping the team execute against near-term deliverables.
Examples of work you may support include
Formatting and polishing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations using CGI brand templates
Applying brand standards and formatting updates across marketing collateral
Supporting timeline tracking and deliverable coordination for cross-functional marketing initiatives
Organizing shared project documentation and maintaining version control
Assisting in preparation for internal marketing reviews or stakeholder meetings
Compiling media mentions or industry highlights into structured summaries
Supporting development of draft communications or digital content assets under team guidance
Assisting with preparation of materials for conferences, sponsorships, or recruitment marketing efforts
Leveraging approved AI tools to assist with research, drafting, summarization, or formatting-while applying sound judgment, critical thinking, and alignment with brand and responsible AI guidelines

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
