About the job
We are the strategic and operational (S&O) engine for the Consumer Apps Marketing (CAM) organization. Our central S&O team partners with Marketing leaders across a vast portfolio from frontier AI initiatives like Gemini App to billion-user products like Google Search and Google Maps. As an agile, entrepreneurial team, we drive the organization's core strategy, scaled operations, research and insights, analytics, executive communications, and special projects. Our mission is to architect the strategic frameworks and scalable infrastructure that enable our leads to run and scale their teams successfully.
As a Program Lead, you will serve as the central architect for the future of consumer apps marketing at Google. You are an AI Native someone who views AI agents not as tools, but as a fundamental layer of the modern workforce.
In this role, you will partner with the strategy and operations executive director to bridge the gap between AI technology and marketing operations. You will be responsible for moving the 250+ person organization from manual workflows to agentic loops, leveraging your deep personal experience with AI to inspire, educate, and transform how we bring Google's most iconic products like Gemini, Search, and Maps to the world.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
