Join a dynamic joint venture backed by one of the largest aerospace and defense companies in the world. A rapidly growing defense-focused organization is seeking a highly capable Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support the execution of complex, mission-critical programs and next-generation air and missile defense initiatives.

The ISSM serves as the senior authority for information system security compliance, oversight, and operational execution across both classified and unclassified environments. This role is responsible for shaping and enforcing the organization's overall cybersecurity and compliance posture, supporting multiple programs and geographically distributed systems.

The ISSM will lead recurring cybersecurity assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring activities in alignment with DoD manuals, NIST Special Publications, customer directives, and internal policies. This position partners closely with security, digital technology, and program stakeholders to ensure systems are authorized, secure, and audit-ready throughout their lifecycle. This position is on-site in Camden, Arkansas and works a 9/80 schedule

Compensation: $100,000-$115,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, network security, or IT (or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience)

Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity compliance under frameworks such as RMF, JSIG, NISPOM, CMMC Level 2, and NIST controls

Ability to operate independently as a senior-level security leader and trusted advisor

DoD 8140 (8570) IAM Level II certification (or ability to obtain within six months)

Experience supporting large-scale defense or government programs

Hands-on experience with security and vulnerability management tools (e.g., SIEMs, endpoint protection, scanning and remediation platforms)

Experience leading incident response, continuous monitoring programs, and compliance-driven audits

Background supporting complex, multi-domain classified network environments

Strong communication skills with experience engaging internal stakeholders and external customers
