As an unarmed patrol officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, provide customer service, and document observations while working with a team that values integrity, agility, and innovation. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in the job state.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and personnel at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Control access to restricted areas by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or authorization, and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site requirements.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting evacuations, medical response coordination, and notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.

Complete shift reports and incident documentation, monitor cameras and alarms when assigned, and communicate observations and concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
