You will monitor and patrol facilities and grounds, perform visible rounds to help reduce security-related incidents, support access control and badging, and document activity using a computer or tablet. You will deliver customer service with clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and a people-first culture.

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, contractors, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders and/or supporting emergency response activities as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, deliveries, and vehicle traffic while maintaining a professional presence at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

Complete accurate security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes to support continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
