seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead full-cycle
recruiting for professional exempt positions across various locations
and internal functions. We need a qualified candidate to partner closely
with hiring manager and HR leadership working towards a shared goal of
attracting, assessing, and hiring high-caliber talent. You will be an
independent process owner leading continous improvement projects,
tracking and reporting key performance metrics, and advising internal
partners on best practices within the talent area. This candidate will
also be involved in initiatives to strengthen employer branding and the
employer value proposition (EVP). Location/Schedule: Flexible Hybrid
(office-centric culture, willing to figure out what works best for
everyone) Responsibilities Owns the full-cycle recruiting process for
professional exempt roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
Partners with hiring managers to develop effective candidate sourcing
strategies that attract ideal candidates, including direct sourcing,
referrals, or external partners. Creates applicant pools and talent
pipelines by posting and promoting job openings. Evaluates applications,
reviews resumes, completes phone screens, and conducts interviews to
determine candidate fit. Supports employee value proposition branding,
campus and outreach recruiting, and internal key talent projects.
Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal
hiring policies. Tracks recruiting metrics and uses data to improve
sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
