Growth Mindset.It's not just a job - it's a step in your career!ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Unload, check in, and receive and put away product Pick and pack product for shipment to customers Document product configuration and physical characteristics for systematic management Perform cycle counting and stock verification Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations Transfer product between inventory business units based on set of guidelines Storing, packing, loading for shipment Receiving, building, shipping Kits/BOMS Following safety techniques and participation in safety programs Meeting productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction Item look up and inventory functions including Shipping Manifesting system. Operation of pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, automated conveyers, and tape machinesSAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual Participate in job site safety/hazard analysisQualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Requires demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic mathematical processes. Must have ability to read and understand work instructions REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short communications, and memos; draft simple written correspondence; and effectively communicate in one-on-one or small group settings with customers, clients, and colleagues. Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Capable of performing calculations involving American currency and standard units of weight, volume, and distance. The ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short communications, and memos; draft simple written correspondence; and effectively communicate in one-on-one or small group settings with customers, clients, and colleagues.
