oriented and motivated Intern to support our Order Entry team. This
internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in business
operations, administrative work, and gaining real-world experience in a
professional office setting. The internship can begin as early as March
30th, with flexibility to accommodate the student\'s schedule. Hours can
be arranged for either part-time or full-time availability depending on
academic commitments. As an Order Entry Intern, you will support the
team with essential administrative and order-processing tasks,
including: Monitor and organize incoming emails, mail, and digital
documents sent to the Order Entry inbox. Assist with reviewing order
documentation and helping assign orders to the correct accounts. Help
create and maintain electronic order folders. Scan, save, and properly
file order-related documents. Support order number assignment and basic
documentation handling Work closely with the Order Entry team and
receive training/mentorship throughout your internship. Contribute to a
positive, efficient team environment. This role is perfect for a student
who is: Pursuing a Business or related major. Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
Organized with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks
and adapt to changing priorities. A clear communicator who enjoys
working both independently and with a team. Good written and verbal
