Warehouse Worker/Furniture Installer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Furniture Installer / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is split between warehouse operations and field installation, with approximately 50% of time spent in the warehouse and 50% traveling to customer sites to install commercial furniture. In the warehouse, this position will operate forklifts, receive and stage materials, and prepare orders for upcoming projects. In the field, the role will assist with delivery, installation, and setup of commercial furniture at customer locations. When overnight travel is required, all travel expenses are covered, employees receive a \$40 per diem, and drive time is paid hourly. No CDL is required. The company is willing to train candidates with limited or no experience driving box trucks. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Operate forklifts to move materials safely throughout the warehouse Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy Pick and stage orders for upcoming installations Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment Delivery & Installation Drive company vehicles, including box trucks, for deliveries and pickups while adhering to safety protocols Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report any issues Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and materials Assist with unboxing, moving, assembling, and installing commercial furniture Support installation teams on project sites as needed Documentation & Coordination Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork Communicate effectively with team members regarding project needs Ensure all materials and equipment are handled properly to prevent damage Employee & Customer Relations Maintain a professional image while representing the company Treat colleagues, customers, and client property with respect Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Provide professional and courteous customer interactions on job sites QualificationsRequired Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred High School Diploma or GED Previous warehouse, delivery, installation, or moving experience Previous customer service experience Training will be provided for candidates with limited or no experience driving box trucks. Work Schedule Hours vary depending on project needs Need to be available between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday due to travel schedules Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and be active for the duration of a shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push or pull up to 200 lbs with equipment or assistance ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: NO CDL REQUIRED This is about 90-95% Installation and the rest driving Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record. High School diploma preferred. 1+ years\' experience driving straight trucks in an urban environment. Basic installation skills and flexibility in scheduling.
