Description We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Spokane Valley, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and customers warmly, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Handle incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.

Perform administrative duties such as managing payment records, processing invoices, and maintaining organized documentation.

Assist with sorting, distributing, and preparing mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Process payments for goods and services and maintain accurate transaction records.

Transmit information or documents to customers through digital or physical channels.

Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Support a positive and attentive work environment by demonstrating a friendly and motivated attitude.

Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned work schedules. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or receptionist duties is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage inbound calls effectively.

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 pounds as needed for office tasks.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
