You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, customer-focused communication. This role requires an Armed Guard Card or License and offers a team environment built on integrity, teamwork, and a caring culture that values being agile, reliable, and innovative.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site post orders, including maintaining proper weapon handling, storage, and retention practices while on duty.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disputes, suspicious activity, and/or unauthorized entry attempts.

Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, cash handling areas, ATM areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.

Complete detailed reports and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, observations, and patrol activity.

Minimum Requirements:

An armed guard card and/or license is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
