Description

The Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with product questions, order support, and general service inquiries. This role requires someone who is patient, attentive, and capable of communicating clearly with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ability to resolve issues efficiently and provide thoughtful service is essential in helping the company maintain its reputation for strong customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers find solutions. The ideal professional will be organized, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple service requests throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries

Process returns, exchanges, and service requests

Maintain accurate records of customer communications

Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Provide updates regarding order status and delivery timelines

Support customer satisfaction initiatives and service improvements

Requirements

Previous customer service or retail support experience preferred

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software

Professional and friendly customer service approach
