Location: 7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45014

Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Dixon Bayco, a proud division of The Dixon Group is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team in West Chester, OH! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in assembling electrical components and systems. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company with room for career advancement!

What You'll Do:

Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Test electrical components for functionality and safety compliance.

Solder and connect wiring in electronic devices or equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and testing.

Document and track assembly progress and report any issues to supervisors

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in electrical assembly or similar work is a plus but not required. We provide full training.

Proficient with electrical hand tools and machinery (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and time management skills.
