Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Production Support Intern. As a Production Support Intern, you will be an integral part of the production operations team, supporting daily activities that ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to process improvements that impact overall product quality and operational performance. Job Title: Production Support Intern

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $21.41 - $23

Shift: 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Support daily production operations by following established safety, quality, and food safety procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Assist with auditing production batches, including collecting samples, recording data, and verifying compliance with quality standards.

Contribute to filtration optimization projects by assisting with data collection, trial execution, root cause analysis, and documentation to improve filtration performance and product consistency.

Analyze production results and operational inputs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Participate in the development and implementation of optimized production processes, including creating or updating training materials, SOPs, and visual work instructions.

What's Needed?

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. - sponsorships will not be provided for this role.

Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
