The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance and strategic decision-making. This position leads complex financial modeling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance transparency and control within financial systems. The role also involves managing multiple business initiatives, developing talent through coaching and mentoring, and fostering a high-performing team environment. About the team:
The E2E Omni Returns & Fraud Finance team collaborates closely with Operations, eCommerce, Product, and Technology teams to support data-driven decision-making and maintain strong financial governance. This team drives both strategic initiatives and core financial processes, ensuring alignment between business execution and financial commitments. By leveraging financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation, the team enhances reporting transparency and supports effective business performance. Members contribute to developing financial models, preparing presentations, and guiding cross-functional partners to uphold controls and optimize financial outcomes in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do...
Partner with omni business leaders to evaluate initiatives, quantify impact, and support execution of strategic priorities.
Develop driver-based financial models to assess investments, automation efforts, and operational changes.
Translate operational and analytical insights into clear financial implications and executive-ready reporting.
Lead and support monthly close, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes.
Consolidate results and clearly communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into cost structure, productivity, and performance trends.
Track initiative performance against business cases and ensure accountability for value realization.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and standardization efforts.
What you'll bring:
Experience in strategic finance, FP&A and/or operational finance within a complex organization.
Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to link operational metrics to financial outcomes.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
Experience working cross-functionally with business teams and finance partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a results-oriented mindset

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
