Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Academic Specialist. This position provides day to day administrative, scheduling and project coordination support for clinical and academic activities. This role is onsite in Sacramento M-F 8:00am-5:00pm PST.

Responsibilities:

Support clinical and academic department projects

Manage scheduling for faculty, students, and department operations

Assist with planning and coordinating events, workshops, and activities

Maintain accurate documents, reports, and records

Communicate clearly with faculty, students, and administrative partners

Provide general administrative support in a busy academic environment

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years' experience in a data entry role

o Experience in administrative, academic support or office coordination roles

o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Experience working in a health-related field

Experience working in higher education

$23.00/hr to $26.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
