Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational activities and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: First

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle and torque products that have been previously manufactured.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functioning properly.

Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed.

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

Carry out routine activities to produce high-quality parts within established tolerances.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance efforts.

Use precision tools to measure finished parts, ensuring compliance with quality and cosmetic standards.

Adhere to all site rules and procedures, performing tasks as directed by supervisors.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
