We are currently seeking motivated individuals to work as Order Process Operators in the distribution department of a leading cosmetics company in Sanford, NC. Order Process Operator (Warehouse Associate)

Location: Sanford, NC

Pay: $13.00/hr (weekly pay)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime and some Saturdays required as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Select, prepare, and palletize items for shipment using established processes

Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner while maintaining efficiency to achieve KPI goals

Perform return goods operational activities as required

Safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.

Support multiple departments as needed based on business demands

Maintain high safety standards and follow all company safety procedures

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior material handling experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Team-oriented attitude with reliability and strong attention to detail
