Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain provides strategic and operational leadership for a global, multi-disciplinary supply chain organization. This role is accountable for building organizational capability, driving enterprise-wide execution excellence, and enabling scalable supply chain processes that support business growth, resilience, and transformation.
This position leads three critical global capabilities: Supply Chain Talent & Development, Master Production Scheduling, and Supply Chain Project Management. The Senior Manager partners closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Business Leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and organizational readiness.
The role requires a strong balance of people leadership, systems thinking, change management, and operational rigor across a global footprint.
Job Requirements
Global Supply Chain Leadership
Lead and develop a global supply chain organization, setting clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations.
Drive standardization, scalability, and best practices across regions while enabling flexibility for business and site-specific needs.
Serve as a key partner to senior leadership on supply chain strategy, capability gaps, and transformation initiatives.
Talent & Development / Succession Management
Lead the Supply Chain Talent & Development team , focused on building future-ready supply chain capabilities.
Design and deploy global upskilling strategies across planning, scheduling, project management, and functional leadership.
Establish and maintain a robust succession planning framework for critical supply chain roles.
Partner with HR and functional leaders to define career paths, competency models, and development programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and leadership development across the organization.
Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
Lead the global Master Production Scheduling organization , ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and inventory strategies.
Establish governance, standards, and KPIs for master scheduling across regions and manufacturing sites.
Drive consistency in MPS processes, tools, and decision-making to improve service, stability, and operational efficiency.
Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management to proactively manage constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance schedule adherence, responsiveness, and scalability.
Supply Chain Project Management & Governance
Lead the Supply Chain Project Management team , accountable for all supply chain projects globally.
Establish a structured project governance model covering prioritization, resourcing, execution, and benefits realization.
Ensure disciplined project deployment, adoption, and sustainment across the organization.
Drive effective change management practices to support transformation initiatives and process standardization.
Partner with IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives.
Master Data
Lead and develop the global master data management and stewardship function, establishing a clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations for master data integrity and governance.
Drive standardization, scalability, and implementation of best practices in master data processes across regions, while allowing flexibility to address business and site-specific requirements.
Business Process Transformation
Lead and coordinate SAP supply chain system enhancements and process standardization across AD&M sites, including developing strategy, roadmaps, and training content.
Serve as liaison between supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders-prioritizing requirements, deploying system solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance and scalability of processes.
Drive continuous improvement by conducting business process reviews, implementing change management strategies, measuring performance metrics, and supporting major initiatives such as SAP upgrades, integrations, and data clean-ups.
What your background should look like
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
15+ years' experience in supply chain leadership roles, including global or multi-site responsibility.
10+ years in a managerial role
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams at scale.
Strong experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply planning.
Proven capability in project management, governance, and large-scale change deployment.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to executive audiences.
Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP/IBP preferred).
APICS / CPIM / CSCP or similar certifications are a plus.
This role require 25%-50% travel to TE plants both domestic and International: Pennslyvania, California, North Carolina, Mexico, UK and France

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:$148,800 - $200,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
