En tant que Key Account Manager End-User National vous êtes rattaché/e au FSA Sales Manager.Vous avez pour objectif de piloter la croissance de votre portefeuille de clients stratégiques utilisateurs (entreprises majeures du BTP) et d' assurer la bonne application des plans d'actions Vos missions :

Se positionner au centre de l'organisation interne comme un interlocuteur privilégié de son portefeuille et fédérer l'organisation Construction dans les plans de déploiements

Porter la responsabilité du développement de l'offre Tools sur un portefeuille du TOP Grands Comptes directs ou indirects sur la construction

Définir et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions liés aux objectifs de croissance de son portefeuille en concertation avec sa direction.

Assurer et développer les relations commerciales avec ses homologues au sein des organisations grands comptes ou des structures intégrées des comptes directs.

Utiliser les outils digitaux pour développer ses contacts clients ainsi que pour initier des démarches sur de nouveaux prospects à potentiels

Assurer une fonction de veille des besoins sur les verticales marchés de son périmètre et accompagner les chefs produits dans leurs développements.

Accompagner les revendeurs ou les clients en relations directes dans leur approche digitale (E-catalogue, place de marché, Punch out) et s'appuyer sur les ressources internes;

PROFIL RECHERCHE : Formation et expérience

De formation BAC+5 et fort(e) d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que Comptes Clés National ; gestion de clients construction

Anglais professionnel

Compétences stratégiques et commerciales

Maîtrise des techniques de négociation et de gestion de clients stratégiques

Connaissance des acteurs majeurs du BTP

Forte orientation business développement et développement de réseau

Savoir être :

Rigoureux (se) et disposant d'un bon sens de l'analyse

Vous êtes autonome et disposez d'un esprit entrepreneurialet vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à communiquer et à convaincre

Vous avez de bonnes capacités à analyser et interpréter les données commerciales et financières
